      SHIPPING POLICY

      Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Betoota Outfitters. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

      Domestic Shipping Policy

      Shipment processing time

      All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

      If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

      Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

      You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

      Customs, Duties and Taxes

      Betoota Outfitters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including but not limited to VAT, tariffs, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc.).

      Damages

      Betoota Outfitters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

      Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

      International Shipping Policy

      Betoota Outfitters ships internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyers are responsible for ant VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do you research so your’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, ad have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

      Refunds & Exchange Policy

      If you change your mind about the merchandise, we do not have to give you a refund. If the Betoota Advocate merchandise has major problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. A major problem includes where the merchandise:
      • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about the problem;
      • is unsafe; 
      • is significantly different from the description;
      • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. 

      You can also choose to keep the merchandise if it has a major problem, we’ll just compensate you for any drop in value.

      If the problem is not major, we will repair the merchandise within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

      Should you make an error when ordering online, we do offer “change of mind” returns and will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase.

      The returned item must be unopened and inits original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

      "Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error; eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

      It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure all addresses and contact details are correct that the time of purchase. Any extra freight charges incurred through an incorrectly addressed package are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

      If the problem is not major, we will repair the merchandise within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

      You must keep a copy of your receipt.

We’ll also add you to our mailing database so you can hear all about the products and services we offer. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time. You just need to let us know.
